HEALING THROUGH
THE PRACTICE OF REIKI

The practice of Reiki starts with an understanding of what Reiki is and does.

• Reiki is energy work.
• Each individual has not only a blood system and a nervous system, but an energy system.
• Each person has an energy field surrounding him or her called an “aura".
• In a session, energy comes to your energy system through the hands of a Certified Practitioner.

You may wish to learn more about Reiki by signing up for an Introductory Workshop.

In a Reiki session you will be asked to:

• Lie fully clothed on a massage table for about an hour.
• Relax comfortably to let Reiki energy flow through you.

Through repeated sessions you may:

• Enjoy less pain from chronic conditions.
• Find relaxation from stress.
• Gain a greater sense of well–being

You may wish to sign up for a workshop, which teaches how you can perform Reiki on your own body. Workshops are also available in training to be come a Practitioner through levels I, II, III and Master Teacher training.
